At Thai Go Ride, we are committed to providing our customers with a safe, enjoyable, and hassle-free motorcycle rental experience in Phuket. To ensure the well-being of our riders and the longevity of our vehicles, we have established the following rental policies:

  1. Valid Driver’s License: All riders must possess a valid motorcycle driver’s license from their home country or an international driver’s permit. This policy is in place to ensure that our customers have the necessary skills and legal permission to operate a motorcycle, promoting the safety of both the rider and other road users.
  2. Helmet Policy: We require all riders and passengers to wear a helmet at all times while on the motorcycle. We provide high-quality helmets with each rental to protect our customers from potential head injuries in the event of an accident. This policy is not only a legal requirement in Thailand but also a crucial safety measure.
  3. Damage Liability: Renters are responsible for any damages incurred to the motorcycle during the rental period. We thoroughly inspect each vehicle before and after every rental to ensure its condition. This policy encourages our customers to ride responsibly and treat the motorcycles with care, minimizing the risk of accidents and maintaining the quality of our fleet.
  4. Prohibited Areas: We kindly ask our customers to refrain from riding the rented motorcycles on unpaved roads, beaches, or in other prohibited areas. This policy helps protect the motorcycles from unnecessary wear and tear and ensures the safety of our riders, as these areas may pose additional hazards or challenges.
  5. Fuel Policy: All motorcycles are rented with a full tank of fuel, and we expect them to be returned with a full tank as well. This policy helps streamline the rental process and ensures that the next customer receives the motorcycle in the same condition as the previous renter.
  6. Rental Agreement: All customers must carefully review and sign our rental agreement before taking possession of the motorcycle. This agreement outlines the terms and conditions of the rental, including insurance coverage, liability, and the customer’s responsibilities. By signing the agreement, renters acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these policies, ensuring a clear and transparent rental process.
  7. Reservation and Cancellation Policy: We encourage our customers to reserve their motorcycles in advance to guarantee availability, especially during peak seasons. A deposit may be required to secure the reservation. In case of cancellation, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to be eligible for a refund of the deposit. This policy allows us to plan our inventory effectively and accommodate the needs of all our customers.

At Thai Go Ride, we believe that these policies are essential for maintaining a safe, responsible, and enjoyable motorcycle rental experience in Phuket. We appreciate our customers’ understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines, as they help us deliver the best possible service and ensure that everyone can fully enjoy the freedom and excitement of exploring Phuket on two wheels.
